Sébastien Collin, a former engineer, is now a farmer-miller at the Moulin de la Garenne in Pannecé.
He organically grows ancient varieties of wheat, rye and buckwheat, which he processes into flour.
He offers wheat, rye, buckwheat and einkorn flour.

You can buy his products directly from the mill. You can also order and collect your order from the shop (Pannecé), the Ferme des Vertes Prairies (Pannecé) or Chope’n Co (Ancenis) every Thursday between 5.30pm and 7pm.
