ERNEST’S STORY
Let me introduce myself, my name is Ernest, a magnificent orange VW combi born in Mexico in 1983. After a rather quiet life in the sun, 2 little ‘Frenchies’ decided to bring me to Anjou. What an idea! Why make me travel so many miles?
Quite simply because in Anjou, Clarisse and her partner couldn’t find a friendlier companion than me to take them around the region and help tourists and locals discover it. One meeting, one crush, and that was it: I became her main travelling companion.
After an adventure with Loire Vintage Discovery, Clarisse decided to buy me out and continue the adventure in Anjou. It’s just her and me (she’s fallen for me, I know) and that’s how we’ve been touring the Loire Valley at my own pace and with my little antics. I’m a bit of a joker and I like to make people want me, so I guarantee adventures full of surprises.
Since 2018, the family has grown, because it’s always more fun when there’s more than one of you! Augustin, Gaston, Serge, Emile, Gustave and Marius Le camper have joined us to offer you timeless moments!
