Celui qui chante – Compagnie Caprices – VallonScènes

Six young musicians are rehearsing in an old basement. The political party of the world in which they live imposes the choice of songs for their concert, on pain of imprisonment.

By chance, they come across some handwritten scores by an artist whose name is unknown because it has been censored for decades: Michel BERGER.
“Celui qui chante” (“The one who sings”), “Il jouait du piano debout” (“He played the piano standing up”), “Diego” (“Diego”) and many others shake up the characters’ consciences and change their states of mind.

We (re)discover Michel BERGER’s repertoire with the young Angevine company “Caprices”, to the delight of our ears!
