On the menu:
Starter: langoustine ravioli with fresh goat’s cheese and spinach, Armorican bisque
Main course: Pressed chicken stuffed with foie gras, mashed smoked potatoes, grilled vegetables and porcini mushroom sauce
Dessert: Vanilla cabbage with caramelised apple and cider caramel sauce
