Experience the biggest night of New Year’s Eve in Belligné!

This year, the 15-strong SAHARA orchestra will be putting on a new variety show for the 1st part of the evening on New Year’s Eve, after which you can have fun and dance to the hits of yesterday and today. They really know how to set the mood. A real treat for your eyes and ears!

This year’s menu is prepared by the RONAN caterer from Saint-Christophe-du-Bois (49).

On the menu:
– Aperitif and these 3 appetisers
– Wasabi mascarpone dome with smoked salmon heart and yuzu flakes
– Supreme of guinea fowl stuffed with forest cream on a bed of potatoes topped with a winter mousseline, oyster mushrooms in parsley sauce
– Trou Normand
– Curé Nantais and cereal bread, Mesclun and black cherry jam
– Crispy red fruit and lychee finger
– Coffee
– Onion soup

Drinks :
For 6 people: 2 bottles of red wine, 1 bottle of white wine, 1 bottle of sparkling wine, 1 bottle of still water, 1 bottle of sparkling water.

1 gift will be offered to each person at midnight.
