Beautiful farmhouse restored as a large gîte located between Nantes and Angers, in the commune of Saint-Sigismond, in the Anjou Bleu region.

The Gîte de la Coulée Douce is ideal for family gatherings or other private events.

With a capacity of 19 people (large gîte for 15 and studio for 4), the gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room and an adjoining games room. Upstairs, you’ll fall under the spell of a very large atypical room with its cathedral ceiling, as well as three bedrooms and two shower rooms with toilet.

For lovers of nature and tranquillity, there is a secure pond for younger guests in 9,000 m² of grounds with garden furniture, a barbecue and a play area with outdoor games. There is also a covered, heated swimming pool.
