COMPA is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To this end, COMPA is continuing its efforts in terms of digital accessibility and is implementing the following actions:

Accessibility audit carried out by Nataliia Bilka of the company Laëtis on 29 July 2025, following which the accessibility declaration was drawn up and published on the website www.bienvenue-pays-ancenis.com.
Implementation of a multi-annual accessibility plan for the www.bienvenue-pays-ancenis.com website (currently being drafted)
Action plan for the period August 2025 - August 2026 to improve the accessibility of the website (see the action plan).

Compliance status

Test results

  • The compliance audit carried out by Nataliia Bilka of the Laëtis company revealed a 56% compliance rate with the RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria.
  • Of the 106 RGAA criteria, 41 are compliant, 32 are non-compliant and 33 are not applicable. As soon as a criterion is non-compliant on at least one of the web pages in the audited sample, the criterion is considered to be non-compliant for the entire sample.
  • For information purposes, the average compliance rate for the web pages in the audited sample is 71%. This is the average compliance of all the pages audited.
