From field to plate: local producers

Behind every plate, local know-how

Before arriving in our restaurant kitchens, the produce of the Ancenis region is grown, harvested or carefully processed by passionate producers. Market gardeners, arboriculturists, livestock farmers, cheese-makers, wine-growers and craftsmen, they all share the same demand: to offer quality products that respect the seasons and nature.

Thanks to their commitment and proximity to restaurateurs, they cultivate quality and promote short distribution channels, guaranteeing freshness, authenticity and taste.

Through this partnership, a whole philosophy of responsible and authentic cuisine is passed on: a plate that tastes good, makes sense, and tells the story of the richness of our terroir.
