During this sound relaxation workshop, participants are invited to lie down comfortably and let themselves be carried away by the vibrations of singing bowls, the gong and other musical instruments.
The sounds and vibrations promote a state of deep relaxation, helping to release physical and mental tension, calm the mind and restore a sense of calm and mindfulness.
This sensory experience is open to everyone and requires no prior experience.
Sessions are available as group workshops, sound journeys or guided relaxation sessions, in the calm and welcoming setting of the Écolibri wellness studio, located next to the La Charmante des Vallons holiday cottage.
Sessions are also available on a one-to-one basis at the practitioner’s second venue in Ancenis, at 19 rue de l’Abbé Fresneau.
