Arnaud and Amélie fish the Loire and Erdre rivers for eels, mullets, catfish and lampreys. Sold fresh, smoked or tinned, the fish comes from local fisheries, with the exception of the Label Rouge quality Scottish salmon. They are salted with Guérande salt and smoked with beechwood.

Small-scale freshwater fishing business. Amélie and Arnaud fish with passion on the Loire and Erdre rivers, and are delighted to share the different flavours of their fish with you, to put the Loire in your mouth!
