The ‘O’Malt’ brewery offers traditional beers, but also and above all original beers with distinctive flavours. This small-scale microbrewery (60 HL/year planned) is firmly in the “craft beer” spirit.
Sylvain, brewer and creator of the O’Malt brewery, offers traditional beers as well as original beers with distinctive flavours. He offers classic blondes, whites and browns, as well as craft beers with more surprising flavours, such as a black with tonka bean or a blond with honey.

Tired of bland industrial beers, and a great lover of French and foreign craft beers, Sylvain loves discovering new flavours and original tastes, exploring styles, combining them and recreating them in his own way.
He has been passionate about brewing for many years, and after numerous encounters and internships in breweries, he has been able to hone this expertise. After winning the Parisian brewing competition “B Maker & Paname Brewing Company” in May 2018, he decided to launch his own microbrewery.
With this project, he also wanted to breathe new life into an ancestral culture and tradition that has been enjoying a renaissance in recent years.
Concerned about the quality of his products, and always ready to listen, he is constantly improving his production processes and developing his recipes.
