Since 2018, Tête Haute has been an Entreprise d’Insertion (EI) committed to helping people who are far from employment. Around half of our employees are supported and trained as part of an integration programme. Shuffling is becoming a tool for removing barriers to employment, regaining self-confidence and building a career path towards sustainable employment. Thirsty for a social brew?
