Brun de Lait: “sharing the love of natural, tasty local produce”. This is the motto of the LORE family, who transform the milk from their 120 Brown and Prim’Holstein cows into delicious cheeses, fromage frais, faisselles, yoghurts and other dairy desserts.

Located in Saint Sigismond near the banks of the Loire in Anjou Bleu, the Brun de lait farm produces delicious dairy products. For 4 generations, the LORE family has been offering you products processed on the farm. Natural products, with no additives, preservatives or milk powder.

Milk from cows of the Brune des Alpes breed, which is richer in casein, is preferred for making their products. The cows’ feed comes exclusively from the farm: grass, hay and cereals. Protecting the environment is one of the family’s priorities, so they prefer to save on packaging and encourage their customers to bring their own containers. The glass yoghurt pots are reused.

Sale at the farm: every Wednesday and Friday afternoon, from 4pm to 7pm.

At the market: every Friday morning in Ingrandes-le Fresne sur Loire.

Brun de Lait strongly encourages its customers to bring their own containers to the farm and market, and they point out that the glass jars from their yoghurts are reused.
