Three productions on the same site: a farmer baker (flour, sourdough bread, etc.), sheep farmer (Solognot breed lamb), pasta farmer (pasta, vegetable canning).
At Ilot au Bois Vert, Thomas looks after his flock of Solognot sheep and grows organic cereals (wheat, spelt, buckwheat and rye), which he turns into bread. Julia, his partner, is a farmer, and Magali, his sister-in-law, grows 5 hectares of cereals, which she turns into pasta.
