Le jardin sur la lune runs market gardening, laying hens and an orchard in Riaillé, as part of a complete, certified organic farming system.
I farm according to the lunar and planetary calendar, following biodynamic farming ideologies to link the workshops together: the hens graze on fresh grass in the orchards (the mobile henhouse is moved every week) and the orchards are divided into market garden beds to encourage overall mycorrhizal development.
For the moment, I’m offering eggs.
The hens are of the Breton breed “Coucou de Rennes”, originally from the Rennes basin.
