The story of Ti’Bio is first and foremost that of a generous and gourmet Mauritian, Marie-Irène CÉLÉRINE, a grandmother who was always thoughtful and an excellent cook. Her home cooking, based on spices and exotic fruits, was often the highlight of happy family reunions.
Macerated rum is one of those typical drinks you find at these meals of sharing, made from secret recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation, and which Xavier Ricci, his grandson, has inherited.
Today, the Arrangés de Célérine project echoes these essential concerns, a guarantee of quality and honesty: favouring top-of-the-range products while combining fair remuneration for the work done by local producers, as well as offering a fair price to consumers and to the various partners distributing our ranges of macerated rums.
