Les antidotes des Bosquets

OUDON

Cyrielle offers nature-based activities based on the recognition of wild plants and their medicinal and culinary uses in the Ancenis region, mainly in Oudon. She also offers activities linked to the transmission of ancestral knowledge.

Activities on offer:

-Botanical walks to learn about wild plants and their culinary and medicinal uses, preferably in Oudon (+ all of the Ancenis region for groups and organisations where another site can be arranged).

-Activities linked to the transmission of ancestral knowledge:
– food (spices and wonders, conservation, culinary preparation and cooking to optimise the assimilation of nutrients, making leaven and bread, processing dairy products, lacto-fermentation, etc.). educational workshops and traditional skills to bring back up to date).
– On a more occasional basis, there are mini introductory courses in other skills that will help you to become self-sufficient (wild basket-making, soap-making, starting your own vegetable garden, etc.). These are designed to give people who want to get started a helping hand, but need to do it for the first time with support.
