As part of the European Archaeology Days, find out what the 2024 and 2025 digs in the Loire revealed with archaeologists from the Institut National de Recherches Archéologiques Préventives.
Yann Viau, an archaeologist with Inrap, will be leading an “archaeo-balade” along the banks of the Loire.
During the walk, he will give an account of the archaeology of the Loire and look back over the main discoveries made during recent digs carried out by Inrap on the banks of the Loire: fisheries, shipwrecks, etc.
It will also be an opportunity to raise public awareness of the archaeological heritage, its protection and its enhancement.
Open to all, free of charge.
