Exposition d’art au Manoir du Pé Bernard – Journées Européennes du Patrimoine

On the weekend of 19 and 20 September, come and (re)discover the heritage of the Pays d’Ancenis as part of the European Heritage Days (JEP)!

These events provide an opportunity to showcase a number of contemporary artists in the former wine cellar of the Pé-Bernard manor house.
Painters, sculptors and visual artists will exhibit their works within the setting of this beautiful 17th-century manor house, where visitors can also stroll along the approach path and through the pretty enclosed courtyard with its French-style garden.
This year, you’ll have the chance to admire the works of Jean-Marie BENOIST, Paskal TIRMANT, Isabelle MOTTE and Patricia MONNIER – four renowned sculptors – as well as those of Arielle DAUCE, an innovative visual artist.
The painters Elisabeth CHEDANNE, Jean-Michel RACKELBOOM and Joël TRICOIRE (JOHELL) will captivate you with their colourful and inspiring works. In addition, the exhibition will feature the captivating photographs of Jean-Michel NICOLAU. Not to mention the engravings by Jacqueline PECANTET.
The event is not confined to the interior of the manor house. The avenue lined with century-old oak trees and the manor’s courtyard are freely accessible, allowing visitors to appreciate the impressive architecture of this 17th-century manor house.
