Join us on Wednesday 29 October from 9.30am to 5pm in Ancenis-Saint-Géréon for this training course on toys from the forest.
Objectives of the course :
-To learn how to recognise species and wild fruit directly in nature.
-Discover, experiment with and make more than 10 bushcraft toys.
-Understand and pass on the benefits of nature to children and adults alike.
-Gain time and peace of mind for your year (nature club, workshops, courses, outdoor school, IEF…)
Programme :
Morning (9.30am – 12.30pm)
Welcome and introduction of participants.
Use of different species and recognition of some: rush, fragon, chestnut, elder, bamboo, holly, fir, hazel, oak, pine, etc.
First practical workshops: making simple and complex objects from natural elements. The rush boat, the fragon mikado, the elder kazoo, bolass with pine trees and many more…
Lunch break (12:30 – 14:00)
Menu of the day option at the restaurant (pre-booking essential so that you can make your own arrangements). Or lunch on your own.
Afternoon (14h00 – 17h00)

Exchanges of practices (tips, obstacles, bottlenecks, etc.) thanks to the group and our experiences as activity leaders.
