La Pause Solid’Erdre is a place for meeting people, socialising and taking part in shared activities – a space for intergenerational and intercultural mutual support, open to all. Every month, workshops, practical support and themed events are organised.
To have a good time, have a chat over a coffee, play games, take part in activities and offer each other a helping hand, all whilst fostering the exchange of knowledge.
