The REPAIR CAFE SOLID’ERDRE opens its doors every last Saturday of the month from 9.30am to 12.00pm.

What do you do with a toaster that won’t toast? a hoover that won’t vacuum? a lawnmower that won’t mow? a bicycle that won’t pedal? a trouser fastener that won’t zip?…

Throw them away? No way! Let’s fix them together!

Here are a few examples of what we can do:

small electrical appliances: toasters, coffee makers, hairdryers, lamps, microwaves, deep fryers, etc.
garden tools: hedge trimmers, lawnmowers, small tools, etc.
Sewing: clothes, curtains, bags, introduction to using a sewing machine, simple creations, etc.
Digital equipment: phones, tablets, PCs, advice on how to use them, etc.
audiovisual equipment: radio, television, hi-fi, record players, etc.
bicycles: mechanical or electric, tyres, brakes, chain, etc.
small furniture: chairs, shelves, small furniture, etc.
welding, etc.

For sewing, the team of seamstresses is proposing an introduction to the sewing machine by making reusable wipes/sopalin/cellophane and perhaps in the future by making creations from simple patterns. These will evolve according to the wishes and needs of each participant.

If you are thinking of coming, to avoid making the trip for nothing, we advise you to
