Réveillon de la Saint-Sylvestre

As in previous years, the Teillé Animation association is once again organising its New Year’s Eve party, featuring a performance by the Horizon orchestra.

On the menu:
– Angers-style platter and a trio of appetisers: salmon blini, prawn and mango verrine, Comté, beetroot and walnut bites
– Foie gras and fig tartlet with gingerbread
– White fish on a bed of beurre blanc with a vegetable flan
– Trou Normand: pear and Calvados
– Duck fillet with pepper sauce, served with sweet potato purée and pan-fried vegetables
– Roasted Camembert with walnuts and a green salad
– Gourmet trio: vanilla panna cotta with red berries, chocolate choux buns, lemon tartlet
