Soirée européenne : Pologne

This year, the Ancenis region twinning inter-committee is organising a European evening with a Polish flavour on Friday 29 May.

On the menu:

Aperitif: Szarłotka / Tatanka (vodka, apple juice, lemon)
Starter: Sałatka Jarzynowa (Polish-style macedonia)
Main course: Bigos (Polish sauerkraut, national dish)
Dessert: Szarłotka (apple pie)
The evening will be punctuated by the musical show “Journey to Poland”, hosted by Malvin and Natalia, members of the Franco-Polish cultural association CZECZ (Nantes region). Local residents of Polish origin will also be on hand to share their experiences.
