Vallonscènes – Spectacle musical “Soul Power”

Come and discover the history of American SOUL music through this musical show, “Soul Power”.

In this new show, Thomas DOUCET and his band tell the story of the role played by certain soul artists and their songs in the evolution of their country, the United States, during the 1950s, following the end of centuries of slavery. Live music, video and images intertwine to bring these momentous years to life. With Ray CHARLES, Nina SIMONE and Marvin GAYE, words and music changed the course of history.
