Visite de la Ferme de la Guère – Le climat change, et nous ?

This Saturday, 10 October, visit the Ferme de la Guère and its hedgerows in Ancenis-Saint-Géréon.

“The climate is changing – what about us?” That is the question we asked ourselves following the severe heatwaves of recent years and the effects of climate change, which are becoming increasingly evident in the region. It is time to take action together. Against this backdrop, the Pays d’Ancenis Development Council, in partnership with the Loire-Atlantique department and COMPA, is organising tours and workshops in the Pays d’Ancenis to raise awareness of the climate challenges we currently face.

On the programme:

A presentation on hedge planting and its agronomic and zootechnical benefits, as well as the establishment of pastureland.
Explanations of the transition to organic farming and towards an agricultural model resilient to climate change.
