This accommodation is located right in the historic centre of Ancenis and is perfect for a business or leisure stay.

With easy access from the A11 motorway between Nantes and Angers, this accommodation for 4 people is unique, comfortable and elegant. It is on the 1st floor of a small building with 5 flats. The shared entrance gives access to a staircase and your flat door.

The flat has a double bed (160×200), a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are available. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

For parking, there is a large car park 100 metres from the building and spaces are often available on the street.

Entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
