Ground floor: kitchen opening onto lounge/living room with fireplace, separate WC and linen room.
1/2 landing: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90×200 with possibility of combining into a double bed 180×200).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140×190 bed, shower room and separate WC (+ 140×190 sofa bed on the landing).
2nd floor: 1 large attic bedroom (bed 180×200 with possibility of separating into 2 beds 90×200) with en-suite shower room and separate WC.

Additional equipment: wifi, Chromecast for TV, Bluetooth speaker in outbuilding, cot and booster seat on request.

Not included: wood (€5/heater). Included: electricity, gas heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels/household linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Extra bed (90×190) available on request. 1 pet accepted on request.

For your “special lovers” request, I can prepare a bed for you at extra cost:
The bed with real rose petals, the candles scented with real aromas, the glasses and the bottle of Sparkling Wine from Touraine (much better than a “medium range champagne”… well you’ll have to give me your opinion).
And above all, in the outbuilding, the spa will be lit up, the candles sparkling, and we’ll prepare a blazing fire for you in the wood-burning stove…
