The gîte has an enclosed garden and a 42 m² stone outbuilding with a private SPA heated all year round, ideal for a relaxing break in the countryside.

In the heart of the village of Saint-Mars-la-Jaille (Vallons-de-l’Erdre), a stone’s throw from the Lavandières lake and its footpaths, La Charmante des Vallons is an authentic bourgeois house with a stone outbuilding and a private SPA heated all year round.
This house of character offers the ideal setting for a stay with family or friends, combining nature, relaxation and comfort.
The gîte has a south-facing enclosed garden with a terrace, as well as a 42 m² outbuilding with a relaxation room and a 6-person SPA heated to 36°C all year round.
From the house, you can easily reach the lake and take advantage of :
hiking trails and the greenway,
the children’s playground,
walks around the lake,
nature activities (fishing, walking, pétanque).
Shops are within walking distance: bakery 50 m away, open-air swimming pool 300 m away and supermarket 900 m away.
