This 50m² flat is located on the ground floor of a house with a flower-filled, enclosed garden that is entirely reserved for you. Just 2 minutes from the centre of St Géréon and 2 km from Ancenis and the Loire, this cosy, intimate house offers a bedroom with double bed and storage space, a shower room with vanity unit and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher) opens onto a bar and dining area. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are also available.
The bright lounge opens directly onto the garden. Both the lounge and dining room have a sofa that converts into a double bed to accommodate more travellers. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

Please note: The ceiling of the accommodation is 2.00m high in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Not suitable for giants!

An enclosed bike shed will accommodate your bikes for fans of La Loire à vélo or other cycling enthusiasts.

There’s no need to worry about parking, with a private car park at the entrance to the building and parking spaces available in the street.

A barbecue is available on site.

Entrance and departure are self-contained with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
