Gîte Maison d’Anetz

Easily accessible from the A11 motorway, take the Ancenis exit and then head towards Varades-Anetz is just 5 minutes from the centre of Ancenis- St Géréon. The proximity of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire will allow you to combine practicality with the pleasure of discovering the region.

The house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of the village of Anetz. This recent house can accommodate families or groups of up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. The accommodation has 2 double beds (160×200) and 4 single beds. Each floor has its own shower room and toilet, with a shower and washbasin. Bed linen and towels provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are available. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

All rooms face south, with views over the house’s garden. The enclosed garden provides maximum safety for children.

Parking is no problem, with a car park at the entrance to the building and parking spaces available in the street.

Entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day if you need more information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
