Situated on the right bank in the village of Ingrandes Le Fresne sur Loire, one of only 5 listed villages in direct contact with the entire course of the Loire. The gîte is located on the border between Anjou and Brittany, halfway between Angers and Nantes.

Come and enjoy this fully renovated former fisherman’s cottage, south-facing and overlooking the river.
House in the village. Courtyard with balcony and south-facing terrace on the first floor, on the banks of the Loire overlooking the river. Possibility of fishing from the courtyard balcony (the Loire recedes 2 metres from the balcony during the dry season). Living area: 75 m².

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with old beams and fireplace, toilet. Adjoining 35 m² enclosed courtyard planted with ivy and oleanders, overlooking the Loire. Garden furniture, barbecue, games for small children.

1st floor: bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm), 1 single bed (90cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (1 child’s bed on request) with terrace and deckchair overlooking the Loire. Separate bathroom and toilet.
