This unique, spacious gîte is located in the heart of the pretty town of Ancenis. Its large private terrace offers breathtaking views of the Loire, Ancenis castle and the town’s iconic bridge.

Accessible on the 2nd floor of a small building with 5 flats. The shared entrance gives access to 2 staircases and then to your flat door.

You’ll enter via the spacious living room, where you’ll find a large dining table and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The adjoining kitchen gives you access to the terrace and the sleeping area above. As this home is a duplex, the bedrooms can be accessed via a separate staircase.

There is a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed (160×200) and the other with 2 single beds. The upstairs shower room has a shower, vanity unit and second toilet. Separate toilet facilities are available in the lounge.

The kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are available. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

For parking, there is a large car park 100 metres from the building and spaces are often available on the street.

Entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
