Maison cosy – centre Oudon

Between Nantes and Angers, discover the commune of Oudon. Oudon is easily accessible from the A11 motorway (Ancenis exit) or by train, as it has its own station.

The owners created this home to welcome their loved ones. So they have carefully renovated it to make sure that their guests feel at home here, in complete independence. It has been freshly renovated using bio-sourced materials by professionals who care about our planet.

You’ll love the simplicity of the setting, in a village on the banks of the Loire with its medieval tower and welcoming town centre.

The lake 300m away offers great walks and swimming (supervised in July and August). Your children will also be able to enjoy the street park and outdoor games located just opposite the accommodation.

This little house has a double bed (160×200) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are available. A TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.

The entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
