The Châteaufromont circuit takes you through the countryside of La Rouxière and invites you to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the heart of nature. During your walk, you’ll pass through the area known as “La Cour”, where “Château Fromont” once stood, an important fortress in the former Duchy of Brittany, with only the feudal mound still visible. You’ll be in the heart of the Vallon de la Saugère, a small wooded valley crossed by the Saugère stream.
