The Etang de la Provostière trail takes you on a journey through nature, heritage, architecture and a variety of viewpoints.

The signposted path takes you around the pond and allows you to take advantage of its unspoilt natural setting. As part of a Natura 2000 site, the pond is home to some remarkable flora and fauna. An ornithological observatory offers a privileged vantage point from which to observe numerous species of birds, including kingfishers, black-headed gulls, herring gulls and cormorants.
This walk, which is accessible to all, combines wild paths along the water’s edge with the discovery of a former forge village, and promises to be an enjoyable experience of nature.
