The Puits Salé circuit is located in the heart of the Ligné countryside. This pleasant 10-kilometre loop takes in the rolling countryside and hedged farmland around Ligné. It passes through sunken lanes, hamlets and meadows in a peaceful atmosphere.
9.5 kilometres.
This route takes in part of the voie verte, the former railway line running through the Ancenis region, linking Carquefou to Candé. Now surfaced, it has been redeveloped to allow footpath traffic.
Along the way, you’ll discover a large 16th-century mansion that has retained its original architecture, the hamlet of Hardeténière and its ancient origins, and the site of Saint-Philbert, which once had a chapel and was part of the seigneury of the priory of Saint-Géréon.
Accessible to all walkers, the route takes around 2 hours 30 minutes to complete, making it ideal for a nature outing with family or friends.
