From Le Fresne to Anetz, via Montrelais and Varades, five circuits invite you to explore the valley of this former branch, which has become the longest river in the Loire, stretching for 17km.
An ideal walk for experienced walkers and nature lovers.
The paths will take you as close as possible to the banks of the Loire. The Boire Torse preserves a remarkable biodiversity in a valley that has been listed as a Natura 2000 site, the perfect place to spot the Great Cormorant and the Little Tern.
The Boire Torse can be explored in five different stages:
– Le Fresne circuit
– The Montrelais circuit
– The La Madeleine circuit
– The Grande Prée circuit
– the Vallée d’Anetz circuit
Signs will accompany your walk with information on the natural and cultural heritage of the circuit.
