Ideal for a walk or a hike!
La Meilleraie is a typical fishing village on the banks of the Loire, with a lovely view of the abbey church of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil (near the bridge).
From here, you can follow the La Madeleine trail, a 9.1km walk that also takes in the history of the Palais Briau and views of the Loire islands and Saint-Florent-le-Vieil.
This walk is accessible on foot, by bike or on horseback.
