Having trained in cabinet-making techniques at the École Boulle in Paris, Audrey Bouhier has chosen to specialise in the exquisite and rare art of marquetry. This specialism, which requires patience and precision, gives the workshops’ creations a strong and elegant visual identity, playing with light, reflections and textures.
ATELIERS BOIS BOUHIER designs and crafts decorative objects, interior fittings and works of artistic craftsmanship using straw marquetry, in a constant dialogue between tradition and creativity. Each piece is designed to enhance interiors, adding a touch of subtle and distinctive elegance.
