Located on the site of the former Ouche farm in Joué-sur-Erdre, the Ouche brewery produces beers with character.
Having grown up in the north of France, close to the Belgian border, Arnaud offers recipes influenced by this region’s brewing traditions.
The beers are marked by their generous body and the balance between malt and hops. The short-lived brews adapt to the different seasons to surprise and delight the taste buds of craft beer lovers.
Recently, La Régalante, inspired by the cycle route between Nantes and Mont Saint Michel, joined the permanent range. A gentle malty, floral and woody journey in every sip.
Since its inception, the Ouche brewery has won 16 medals for all its beers at the Lyon international competition and the France bière challenge.
