Anne and Philippe produce beef and offer you a choice of steaks, pavé-filet, rib steak, chipolatas, bourguignon, pot au feu, shank and rib steak, roast, entrecôte, chuck for grilling, minced steak, minced meat in 500g, beef tongue, kidney, liver, heart, beef cheek, meat for pierrade, meat for skewers, meat for fondue, onglet, skirt steak, rib steak, tenderloin… something for everyone!
You can order from the online shop or by phone, then collect your parcels from the farm on Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 1pm, at 191 Route de l’Oulaie, Freigné 44540 Vallons de l’Erdre.
