Ferme des Verdais is a family-run organic farming business based at La Barbardière in Trans-sur-Erdre, where dairy cows are reared with respect for the environment and animal welfare.

Since 2021, Antoine and Thomas have been rearing cows here and processing their milk directly on the farm, producing tasty local artisan cheeses. Committed to a sustainable approach, they favour short distribution channels to guarantee quality, traceability and support for the region.
