Marie-Aude Dubois, a teacher of applied arts at a vocational sixth-form college, has taken a leave of absence to pursue her own creative project. She practises linocut at the Terres de Créations shop in Oudon (Loire-Atlantique).
Marie-Aude Dubois began working from home in Saint Laurent des Autels (Maine-et-Loire) eighteen months ago. She carves her drawings or typography with a gouge into thick linoleum, then coats the plate with specialised printing inks before pressing it to produce prints on paper.
