Chic’N Braisé is first and foremost a family business, but not an ordinary one!
“A caterer (Son) and a shopkeeper (Mother) in a Food-Truck Barbecue trailer. We can cater for your private or professional events. There’s no limit to the number of covers we can provide! With us, everything is done by hand and we transform raw products into finished products. We have chosen to work as much as possible with local farmers (44/85) and to pay them a “fair” wage. In other words, no negotiation on purchase. The price imposed is the right one for us. So come and discover our delicious yellow Vendée chicken, home-marinated and cooked over a wood fire: Spicy or Not Spicy! A weekly barbecue in partnership with “La Petite Ferme, Carquefou” meat producer and neighbour of the company will be offered from time to time. As far as side dishes are concerned, a special mention goes to our home-made chips, cooked twice and lightly spiced (or not). Other side dishes are available according to the season (see menu). Our cream/ciboulette is made with Sébastien’s farmhouse cream from Ferme des côteaux de la Divatte-sur-Loire. Most of our vegetables are supplied by Gildas, a market gardener from Le Cellier. We will be sourcing other local producers as the project develops.
