Paysan Pizzaiolo / Traiteur – Chez Dodo

Dodo is a young pizzaiolo farmer who has set up home in Maumusson, a commune in the Vallons de l’Erdre region. He has completely renovated an old wood-fired oven to make excellent pizzas using quality produce! From the garden to the pizza! He also offers a catering service with grilled pork and a side dish.
