Skills assessment

As professions evolve, so can your professional desires and expectations. Whether you're looking to change fields, progress within your company, find a new job, or simply take stock, a skills assessment can be a valuable step. It helps you to take stock of your knowledge, personal qualities and skills, while providing you with avenues to build your professional future. In the Pays d'Ancenis, there are a number of organisations that can help you with this process.

Training through integration

The Pays d'Ancenis is full of structures for integration through economic activity (I.A.E.), and that's a real opportunity! How does it work? It's simple: we combine periods of work with personalised support to help you build your project and facilitate your return to employment.

Anyone in the region who is having difficulty entering the job market - whether because of age, health or a precarious situation - can benefit from this support. The first step? Contact a France Travail adviser. He or she will take stock of your personal and professional situation and, if necessary, validate your referral to the I.A.E. scheme best suited to your needs.
