In the heart of a beautiful green setting, the Petit Vioreau lake is the ideal place to fish in close proximity to nature.

Although it looks like a little Canada, the Etang du Petit Vioreau is teeming with a wealth of flora and fauna. The site includes a vast area of remarkable biological richness where many species of birds can be observed. Located in a Natura 2000 zone, this vast area is frequented by many mammals, including otters. It is therefore important to be discreet when visiting this biological haven!

The Etang du Petit Vioreau offers the peace and quiet you need to make the most of your fishing session. The lake is home to a wide range of fish species: pike, zander, black-bass, bream, roach, carp, perch, etc. Anglers practice no-kill fishing. There are highly visible signs on the banks of the lake informing you of the general rules governing fishing. Fishing permits are available from the Amical des Pêcheurs de Vioreau at the Coccimarket tobacconist’s (322 rue du Bocage). Fishing enthusiasts take note!
