A place where a wide variety of products are produced (bread, pasta, mushrooms, meat, dairy products, etc.) and where people can exchange, share and sell.
L’Audace Farm is:
– a collective of six farmers
– a producers’ association, Court Circuit, which is responsible for managing and organising the L’Audace shop. It comprises around fifteen producers who sell their produce at L’Audace, offering a wide variety of products all in one place.
It is also the venue for a local organic farmers’ market. Direct sales every Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm:
Vegetables, seedlings, bread, cheeses (goat’s and cow’s milk), meats (pork, poultry, lamb, veal, beef), eggs, honey, apples, oils, galettes, mushrooms, wines, beers, lemonades, farm preserves, herbal teas and natural cosmetics, chillies, Mexican products, spirulina, flowers, sewing and a friendly atmosphere.
