Training through integration in the Ancenis region
Throughout the region, anyone experiencing difficulties in accessing the labour market - whether due to age, health or a precarious situation - can benefit from this support. The first step? Contact a France Travail adviser. He or she will take stock of your personal and professional situation and, if necessary, confirm your referral to the I.A.E. scheme best suited to your needs.
There are a number of dynamic and diverse structures in the region to support you:
ANCRE (Association Nortaise de Chômeurs en Recherche d'Emploi)
The association looks for solutions to remove the barriers to employment for the people it supports, and provides socio-professional support and training.
The association offers a staffing service to business customers (companies, local authorities, associations) and private customers to provide a range of services (green spaces, maintenance of sensitive natural areas, market gardening), to meet their needs (replacements, extra work, seasonal work, regular and/or one-off staffing requirements, etc.).
The association also has an organic market garden in Ligné, "Les jardins de l'avenir", where vegetables are produced and sold to private individuals, local shops and the catering trade.
ELI (Erdre & Loire Initiatives)
With a mission to help jobseekers, ELI offers work placements and socio-professional support with a vocational guidance counsellor. The assignments are one-off and varied, covering services to individuals, businesses, associations and local authorities.
Need mobility support? ELI also runs a mobility centre, offering scooters, electric bicycles, cars and buggies for hire.
CRICS (Comité Rural Intercommunal Culturel et Social)
A work-based integration structure, the association sells organically-grown vegetables. With the "Le Jardin de la Solidarité" back-to-work project, the association also sells directly at a farmers' market.
TETE HAUTE
Local, organic craft brewery and hop producer. The integration company offers social and professional support. The aim is to remove barriers to employment, help people regain their confidence and build a career plan, with the ultimate goal of a return to sustainable employment and a successful "social mix".
TROCANTONS
Do you have items in good condition that you don't need? Don't throw them away, the Pays d'Ancenis eco-cyclery will give them a second life!
The association works in a number of areas: environmental conservation, solidarity and social links. The organisation supports people as part of their integration programme, offering a variety of jobs as part of its activities.
There are 4 depots and solidarity shops near you, in Ancenis-Saint-Géréon, Le Cellier, Loireauxence (Belligné) and Les Vallons-de-l'Erdre (Saint-Mars-la-Jaille).
VITAL
The association runs an organic vegetable garden, which is sold in the form of baskets. There are two areas of activity for the people supported: gardening (sowing, harvesting, crop maintenance) and preparing orders.
